WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

I AM TRAVELING BY PLANE TO COME TO THE WEDDING. WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?

Answer

We have FOUR airports all within approximately 90 minutes of the venue: 1. Westchester County Airport (HPN): 65 minutes (*our favorite) 2. Newark International Airport (EWR): 75 minutes 3. LaGuardia Airport (LGA): 80 minutes 4. John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK): 90 minutes

SHOULD I RENT A CAR?

Answer

This is probably not necessary, however, entirely up to you. If you are flying in for the wedding and are booked in one of our hotel room blocks, we will provide airport transportation to pick you up and bring you to the hotel and back to the airport at the end of the weekend! There will also be group transportation coordinated to and from the wedding events (rehearsal, reception, goodbye brunch).

I'M COMING TO THE WEDDING FROM THE TRI-STATE AREA. AM I STILL ABLE TO BOOK A ROOM AT ONE OF THE PREFERRED HOTELS?

Answer

YES! We strongly encourage ALL guests to spend the night! Middletown, New York may not necessarily be too far from your home, but why have to worry about driving home tired, or having to stop celebrating to get on the road? Also, who would turn down a brunch the next day? No one.

IS THERE A WEDDING THEME?

Answer

With any barn wedding, most assume a "rustic" theme. This is no exception, but will be far more romantic than two-hundred year old floors, hay bales, and cow sh*t. The Barn at Villa Venezia is brand new and an upscale, modern barn. Imagine a cozy, candlelit winter wedding.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS/OUTDOORS?

Answer

All wedding events will take place INSIDE. We aren't trying to shock Cody's family from Georgia.

WILL THE RECEPTION BEGIN RIGHT AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Once we have said our, " I Dos," the Wedding Party will finish taking pictures with the photographer. During this time, guests will be able to walk straight over to cocktail hour and begin drinking and eating. We will be joining you shortly after to continue the celebration!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES OF THE WEDDING AND POST THEM TO SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

Absolutely! We welcome people capturing this day from every angle. Our hashtags is #CountdownToCooper and would love for you to it use it throughout the day! We only ask that during the ceremony, you put away your devices while the photographers do their job. We appreciate your COOPERation!
