How do I get to the ceremony and reception venue?

FROM NORTH Follow 279 S towards Pitt and cross the Fort Duquesne Bridge. On the Fort Pitt Bridge, using the right lane, take Exit 5C, West Carson Street before the tunnel. Turn right at the first light on to Station Square Drive. FROM EAST Exit the turnpike at Pitt Interchange. Follow I-376 W to the Grant Street Exit. Make a left turn onto Fort Pitt Blvd. Turn left onto the Smithfield Street Bridge. At the end of the bridge make a right turn into Station Square. FROM SOUTH From Route 51 N exit at Route 579 North (Liberty Tunnel). Proceed through the tunnel and make a right turn immediately as you exit the tunnel at the light. Make a left at the end of the ramp onto Arlington Avenue. At the bottom of the hill, merge left onto Carson Street and follow the signs to Station Square. FROM WEST Follow 376 E toward Pitt. Take Exit 5C right before the Fort Pitt Tunnel. Bear right onto 837 West Carson Street. Station Square will be on your left hand side at the third traffic light.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The wedding will begin at exactly 3:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to take your seats and get comfortable in order to mitigate interruption to the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

The most convenient parking will be the parking garage directly outside of the Sheraton hotel. Typically, during holidays, the garage will charge a flat rate of $10 per day. You can visit stationsquareparking.net for more information.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby until the start of the reception. Guests may check into their hotel room, if applicable, or refer to the Things To Do space on this website for nearby attractions prior to attending the cocktail hour beginning at 5 o’clock in the afternoon.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Yes. Hotel rooms have been reserved. Please contact The Sheraton at Station Square directly and mention the Nalli/Carper wedding (reference # M-JZJQWE8) to receive the discounted room rate of $159 per night. Check in time is at 4:00 PM. An early check in may be possibly based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Absolutely! We would love for guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #herecomethecarpers so we can keep of all of your pictures!

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.
