How do I get started?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes. However, we ask that our guest plan an adults only vacation! Leave the kids at home and come celebrate with us kid free. Our resort is a family friendly resort, so if you just can’t leave them behind feel free to bring them along.

When is the last day to book my stay?

Answer

We will be closing our room block March 30, 2023. If you are not booked before then you will still have the ability to book through our agent, however, you may be subject to higher room costs.

How much does it cost?

Answer

We have worked to find the best possible deals for our guest. Please use the Travel section to contact our wedding specialist to get a quote. Rooms at our discounted rate are limited, so be sure to book ASAP.

Can I pay in payments?

Answer

Yes. Once you have booked with our wedding specialist you will have until Aug 2023 to pay off your entire trip.

Can I change my mind after I book?

Answer

Yes. Life happens and things change. If you have already booked and something comes up you have the ability to cancel for a FULL refund. Be sure you purchase Travel Protection when booking to ensure you are covered!

Do I need a Passport?

Answer

Yes. It is a requirement for everyone, including children, to have a valid passport to travel outside the United State. Please check your passport before booking to ensure it has not expired.

Can I book directly through the resort or with my own travel agent or can I stay at a different resort and still attend the wedding?

Answer

While this is an option, we are unable to accommodate guests NOT booked in our wedding block. Meaning, you will not be counted in our guest head count for the wedding. There will be an additional charge to attend the wedding and we kindly ask that you pay this fee. Please reach out if you plan on going this route, we will need to manually address the cost and counts.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are getting married on the beach, because of this we know guest would like to dress casually. While we do not have a specific dress code, we ask that you follow a few requests: No open toe sandals for men Do not wear white (Let's leave this color for the bride to shine) No oversized beach hats We will have lots of photography happening and even though it is more of a casual environment we still want our photos to be beautiful and elegant.
