Some love stories begin with grand gestures and dramatic encounters—but Cory and Olivia’s began with a simple swipe right. In October 2021, fate (and a dating app) brought them together, and little did they know, they were about to embark on the greatest adventure of their lives. Their first date was on November 13, 2021, and from the moment they met, there was an undeniable spark. Conversations flowed effortlessly, laughter came easily, and by the end of the night, their first kiss sealed what they both secretly hoped—this could be something special. But, as life often does, it took them in different directions for a little while. Then, in the spring of 2023, their paths crossed again, and this time, everything felt right. It wasn’t just rekindling a connection; it was realizing that neither of them wanted to let go again. On September 6, 2023, they made it official, promising to take on the world together—one date night, one card game, and one unforgettable adventure at a time. Their relationship is built on love, laughter, and a little bit of friendly competition. Whether they’re indulging in their favorite Mexican food, watching their comfort shows, or hosting game nights with friends, they find joy in the simple things. (For the record, Olivia dominates Phase 10, but Cory is undefeated in Rook—an ongoing debate among their friends.) One of their favorite memories was their trip to Wisconsin, where Cory met Olivia’s parents for the first time. Between heartfelt moments and hilarious stories, they also discovered what they both swear was the best pizza of their lives—a detail they may or may not bring up in every pizza-related conversation to this day. Then, on February 24, 2025, surrounded by love and excitement, Cory asked Olivia the easiest question she’s ever answered: "Will you marry me?" The answer was "yes." Just one month later, on March 24, 2025, they exchanged vows in a small, intimate ceremony, officially beginning their forever. And while it was the perfect day, their love story wouldn’t be complete without celebrating with all of the people who have been part of their journey.
