Please arrive by 3:45pm at the latest.

Is there a dress code?

Yes — our wedding is formal (pink and orange colors encouraged!).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space and logistics, invitations will indicate whether you have a plus-one. If your invitation is addressed to you “and guest,” then yes — you’re welcome to bring a date! If not, we kindly ask that you join us solo and enjoy mingling with all of our favorite people.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We can’t wait to give you a night off to relax, sip champagne, and dance the night away in Aspen!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy dinner! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll be sure to share your request with our caterers so they can accommodate you.

Yes! Our venue has plenty of on site parking.

What’s the closest airport? Do you have group rates?

Answer

The closest airport is Oakland (OAK). Flight may also be cheaper inti SFO, SJC or SMF, all within 60-90 minutes drive time.

When should I book my travel and lodging?

Answer

As soon as possible! We strongly encourage guests to book flights and housing right away to guarantee the best rates and availability.
