If You Ask Jimmy: We met at a bar on a Sunday! I was shocked to find out she loved sports almost as much as I did! Turns out it was a Patriots Monday Night Week; therefore, the date could happen on a Sunday! It went incredibly well, after the date I walked her back to her car and gave her a hug goodbye. I think she probably thought "why is this guy following me to my car" haha but it is something I was brought up to do. Over the next few weeks we continued to talk and maybe went on a few extra dates due to a "Car Accident" but it worked in our favor. After those few weeks I think we realized this could actually be something, even though it took her longer to make it official, it was well worth the wait! it's been an incredible ride and can't wait for a lifetime of happiness together. If you ask Lindsey: We met at a bar. He was obviously head over heels for me from the start ;) We bonded over our love for our families, friends, the Cape and of course our love for Boston sports! For me, I knew I loved Jimmy when, on Valentine’s Day, he had to make a stop to buy his mother flowers and personally deliver them to her. It was a small, beautiful moment that showed me the depth of his heart. Together, we’ve traveled to so many amazing places, creating memories and adventures along the way. Whether it’s exploring new cities or relaxing by the ocean, we cherish the time we spend together wherever we go. Our story came full circle when, during a trip to the Cape, Jimmy asked me to spend forever with him. Surrounded by a torrential rain storm and the beauty of the waves and ocean, it was the perfect moment to begin this next chapter of our lives. A true symbol of what marriage is - unpredictable weather; a constant source of change and growth, turning even the unexpected into something beautiful and full of promise. We’re excited to continue building a future full of love, laughter, travels, and many more Bruins, Celtics, Patriots and Red Sox games.
