What time should we get to the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive at 4:00, so we can start the ceremony on time at 4:30! There is a lot of construction in the area of Union Station, so please plan accordingly!

Road closures questions

Answer

Right now, there is a lot of construction in the Union Station Area. Please see the description below!! Arrival • Capitol Avenue is closed to vehicle traffic from Maryland St to Louisiana St. • Access to Crowne Plaza will be via Illinois St to Louisiana St. The traffic flow on Louisiana St. has been changed for travel from east to west during this time. • Note: Louisiana St. is a narrow single lane drive with low clearance. No high profile or wide vehicles permitted. DEPARTURE • Leaving the hotel drive you will turn left (south) onto Capitol Ave. The road is closed to thru traffic but is open to guests departing the hotel. Other route: you can also be dropped off near the Omni hotel, and walk to the venue from there!

Where can we park?

Answer

The Crowne Plaza has valet parking available for guests staying at the hotel. Nearby, you can park on the street, in a different parking garage (Union Station Garage), or find a spot on the website/app Spot Hero. There are also plenty of Ubers and Lyfts available downtown.

What is the dress code?

We would like everyone to be in cocktail attire! PS-The bridesmaids will be wearing black if you want to avoid matching!
