Take I-95 North from NYC.
Continue on I-95 North through Connecticut for about 100 miles.
Take Exit 65 for CT-153 toward Westbrook/Essex.
Turn left onto CT-153 North/Essex Rd.
Turn right onto US-1/Boston Post Rd.
Water’s Edge Resort & Spa will be on your left.
Parking is available on-site.

By Train (Approx. 2.5 - 3 hours) Amtrak Directions to Water’s Edge Resort & Spa From New York City (Penn Station) to Westbrook, CT -Take an Amtrak Train from NYC’s Penn Station to Old Saybrook, CT. The Northeast Regional line serves this route. The trip takes about 2 hours. From Old Saybrook Station, take a 10-minute taxi or rideshare to Water’s Edge Resort & Spa (1525 Boston Post Rd, Westbrook, CT).
