We are honored to cover the cost of on-site accommodations for our wedding party and immediate family members. All other local and out-of-town guests will have the option to book their own on-site lodging, hotel room(s), or nearby airbnb. Coldwater Gardens is primarily a campground, featuring cabins, glamping tents, and dedicated spots for tent camping. Guests wishing to book an on-site stay will have priority booking until April 25th, 2025. At that point, any lodging not reserved by our guests will become available to the general public. We appreciate your understanding that on-site lodging options may be limited due to our family and bridal party's lodging being settled first. As far as we are aware, the Glamping tents are the only accommodations still available. These are large, non-airconditioned, wood-framed tents with a communal bathhouse. If you have any questions or are unsure if your accommodations have been reserved, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Our venue's various cabins can accommodate 64 guests, plus any who would like to camp in a tent. We understand that on-site accomodations may not be preferable or available, and we have provided names of local hotels as an alternative.

Pensacola International Airport

The Pensacola airport will be the closest to our venue. We may be able to assist with transporting friends and family from the venue to their accommodations in the days leading up to our wedding.
