Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow time for seating.
All of our wedding events will take place at Bay Pointe Woods. We’ll begin with an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, followed by an indoor reception to continue the celebration.
We recommend semi-formal or cocktail attire appropriate for an outdoor summer celebration.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know through the RSVP section on our website. Kid-friendly meals will be provided for children, and we’ll reach out to parents directly to coordinate.
We have reserved a limited room block at Bay Pointe for our guests. Accommodations can be booked directly through the hotel using the information provided on the Travel page. Guests are also welcome to explore other lodging options that best fit their plans. Additional hotel recommendations can be found on the Travel tab, and there are many beautiful vacation rentals available in the area through sites such as VRBO and Airbnb.
Transportation will not be provided. We recommend renting a car, as ride-share options may be limited in the area.
