Do I have to RSVP by mail?
Answer
No! If you are not able to RSVP by mail or website, just tell us so we can update the guestlist manually.

Will the reception have food?
Answer
We are serving appetizers, dinner, and dessert. We also have several drink at the bar including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

Are children welcome at the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Children are more than welcome. Tell us how many are in your party so we can plan food and activities for them!
Question
Will the venue require a lot of walking?
Answer
The venue will require a small amount of walking, but we will have golfcarts with on call staff to drive guests around the property to save everyone's feet.

Will you have options for dietary restrictions?
Answer
We do not necessarily have options for dietary restrictions. However, if this is a concern for you, please talk to us and we will see if there is a way we can cater to your needs.

Can I bring a date or friend?
Answer
Yes! Absolutely feel free to bring a guest. Everyone wants someone to dance with! Just make sure you RSVP for a guest so we can plan to have enough food for everyone.

Is the wedding Indoor or Outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony is outdoors but has a covered option for bad weather. The reception is outdoors protected from weather under part of the cave. This event is rain or shine!

Are pets welcome?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to state park rules, pets are not allowed at this event. Please leave all the fur babies at home.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The wedding ceremony begins at 6:30pm. Guests will start being seated at 6:00pm, but not before due to venue rules. The wedding is in Kentucky so all times stated are in CENTRAL TIME.

Can I take pictures at your wedding?
Answer
During the ceremony PLEASE DO NOT take pictures on your personal phone or camera. We want the photographer to capture pictures of the ceremony without a bunch of phones in all of the shots. Feel free to take all the pictures you want after the ceremony and during the reception, but please do not mess up our aisle and audience shots.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Yes! Both events take place at Lost River Cave. The address is 2818 Nashville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
