Do I have to stay at the Finest Playa Mujeres resort or can I stay elsewhere?

Answer

Per our resort wedding contract, all guests that will be attending our wedding MUST book their stay at this resort.

How do I apply the promo code?

Answer

On the home page of the resort's website, there is a Promotional Code box when you're inputting hotel travel information. Please be sure to input our assigned wedding party promo code which is - HEWDEC23FPM. You will ALSO need to input the code on the last page in the final booking process underneath the "COMMENTS" section before you process your reservation. Both of these steps are important to ensure you receive your discounted rate. Please feel free to contact Tyler or Crystal for any booking assistance or questions!

Question

What is the difference between the Finest Suite, Finest Club and Excellence Club rooms.

Answer

The Finest Suite rooms (the rooms that DONT have the words "Club" or "Excellence" in their name, are the Standard resort rooms. The "Finest Club" room or the "Excellence Club" room, both come with several upgraded amenities and access to an exclusive restaurant(s) that wouldn't be included in a standard room (Finest Suite). Please reach out to Tyler or Crystal for a room comparison guide. *Please note the Excellence Club rooms are for ADULTS ONLY. *

Is transportation included in my reservation from and to the Cancun airport?

Answer

Yes, ONLY if you book a room that has transportation included. This would be the “Event + transfer" or the “Flexible” rate.

How many guests can be in a suite?

Answer

Each room can only hold up to 3 adults. So unfortunately, two couples or 4 friends won't be able to share a room, even if they are booking the “family suite”.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We recommend to submit your RSVP online as soon as you have booked your room. *Note: This resort books up FAST, especially the Finest Club and Excellence rooms. Therefore, we encourage our friends and family to book their trip sooner than later. *

When will my hotel reservation be charged to my credit card?

Answer

The credit card used to book the room will be charged $1 to hold the reservation. The rest of balance due will be charged 30 days before your arrival.

When will Tyler and Crystal be staying at the resort?

Answer

We will be staying at the resort from 12/4/2023 through 12/12/2023. We recommend arriving two days prior to the wedding day.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

YES, OF COURSE! Whether you want to turn this trip into a family vacation or a parent's getaway, it's totally your choice. We just ask to include your little ones within your RSVP so we can include them on our guest list.

Is there a dress code at the resort?

Answer

No, however some of the restaurants at the resort do have strict dining dress codes. I would recommend you visit the resort’s dining section on their website before arriving to review the requirements. *Note* There is a required dress code for guests attending our ceremony on 12/7/2023. Please refer to the "Wedding Schedule" page for appropriate wedding attire.

What should I remember to pack?

Answer

Sunscreen, bug spray, and reusable straws (the resort does not use straws).

Are there any stores nearby if I forget something?

Answer

The resort is located in a quiet area away from tourist areas. The resort does have a gift shop with some items. However, the majority of stores are located in the main part of Cancun (about 8 miles/25 minutes away).
