Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be getting transportation to and from the venue from the 2 hotels on the travel page. There are other hotels around the area to stay at, but you will have to find your own transportation to the reception. Uber/ Lift are not very common for this area.
