Preferably as soon as you receive your invitation in the mail. It is important so the catering can be ordered for the number of attending guests. The latest day to let us know would be April 30th.
The ceremony will begin at 1:30 PM. For ease of access plan to arrive 30 min to an hour ahead of time so that everyone may be seated and prepared for the ceremony.
Yes, the dress code is formal. It is also preferred that you wear a color that is either on the cool side of the color wheel or at the least neutral. Harsh warm-toned colors like neon reds should be avoided if possible.
No, sadly due to COVID19 we were only allowed the allotted 50 guests. In each invitation, all the names of invited persons will be included. If you bring someone who has not been approved prior to the wedding date, they will be escorted out of the wedding.
Since the venue is on the St. Mary's University campus, the parking will be determined soon but most likely we will have our own lot reserved for the wedding parking.
As of now, St. Mary's University is requiring all unvaccinated visitors to wear masks while inside buildings on campus. For those who are fully vaccinated, masks are optional.
No. This wedding will be dry. You are free to go out for drinks after 8 PM at the Pub on campus when the reception is over but no one should be caught with alcohol during the ceremony or reception. If you are, the campus police on duty will escort you out of the event. Please respect our wishes and come to this wedding sober. Thank you.
The main dish will be chicken fajitas with some fixings served as it would be at a restaurant. The drinks will be tea and water and there will be chips with queso and salsa available before dinner.
