Question

When is the rsvp deadline?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is May 21st, 2025, though we highly recommend you RSVP before then. You can RSVP here on this website or message either Henry or Rainie directly.

What should i wear? is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests join us in their best cocktail or formal attire on our special day. It will be appreciated that guests avoid the colors red, white, and bright green.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is child-friendly wedding, so there will be food options available during the reception as well as a day care. It will be open from 3pm to 7pm after ceremony and before the reception. This is available at The InterContenental hotel in a kid-friendly playroom/hospitality area. While your little ones are loved and appreciated by us all, the after-party will be an adults-only event.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The average temperature in Cleveland, Ohio in June for a typical day ranges from a high of 75°F to a low 62°F. It generally feels pleasantly warm and breezy with a small chance of rain.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place at Ballroom at Park Lane. Afterwards, the reception will be held at The InterContinental Hotel. The Ballroom at Park Lane and InterContinental Hotel are 0.6 miles apart. This is approximately four minutes by car or fifteen minutes by walking. It advised to use our shuttle transportation that is available from noon to 5pm to go between the two locations.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests are welcome to walk around the area and explore some of the beautiful locations nearby. This includes the Cleveland Art Museum, Cleveland's Little Italy, and University Circle.

What time should i arrive?

Answer

It is recommended that you arrive an hour to half-hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. There will be light food options and drinks served at Park Lane before the ceremony.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking for the ceremony is available in the lot across E 105th Street from The Ballroom at Park Lane with no charge. Parking for the reception at InterContinental Hotel is $25 per car for valet parking. There are other parking garages nearby for the Cleveland Clinic, but limited street parking options available nearby.

Can i bring a an additional guest along with a plus one?

Answer

The wedding can only accommodate so many guests, so additional seating may be limited. You can reach out to either Henry or Rainie to ask about any more guests you would want to bring to see if the space is available.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

Starting at 5:30pm, we will be serving light appetizers and hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to the bride and groom with a curated selection of wine, beer, and a signature cocktail.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? where do you recommend i stay?

Answer

The InterContinental Hotel has twenty rooms available for guests. Ten rooms are available for both Friday (Jun. 20) and Saturday (Jun. 21), and the last ten rooms for only Saturday (Jun. 21). The flat rate is 179 dollars per night. You can simply reserve your room on our wedding website under "TRAVEL". There are additional hotels close to the wedding venue as well. These are Residence Inn Cleveland Medical Center, and Courtyard Cleveland at University Circle.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

Yes, please review the food options available when you RSVP. If you have any special dietary complications to be mindful of, please contact either Henry or Raine ahead of time by email or text.

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?

Answer

Yes! Visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of the wedding website will show you some fun things to do in the area, including coffee shops and food locations to visit before or after the wedding.
