Wedding Events
Timeline of events:
- shuttles will pick up guests from the Denver Marriott West at 2:45pm and head to venue. There will be one early shuttle leaving at 8:30pm and returning to the Denver Marriott West. There will be two 10:00pm shuttles. One shuttle will take guests directly back to the hotel. The other shuttle will make one after-party stop for those wishing to continue the celebration with us.
If you are planning to drive to the venue, here are specific directions to The Woodlands: Address is 8884 US HWY 285, Morrison, CO 80465. There is a left hand turn lane into our property from HWY 285. You will drive on Highway 285 South for approximately 8.8 miles. There will be a church on the left and a fire station on the right. You will see a blue directional sign for Woodlands on the side of the highway. You will begin going up that hill and there is a left-hand turn lane - take that lane to turn in. There is a white Woodlands sign at the entrance.

The Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Dress code: cocktail attire. Men should wear a suit or a sport coat with dress pants and women should wear a cocktail dress (the ceremony will be outside on grass so consider wearing a block heel). Please dress to impress.
The Happy Hour
4:30 pm - 5:45 pm
Light appetizers and drinks. We are so excited to party with you!
The Party
5:45 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us for pizza, drinks, and dancing! An early shuttle will leave the venue at 8:30pm. The last shuttle will leave the venue at 10:00pm.
