If you are in town, please feel free to join us at a place special to the Barshays! We will have baseball, drinks, and food. In case of rain, the festivities will be in the gym next to the field at the same location! Look for the balloons.
9:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Transportation will be provided to and from the welcome party. The first shuttle will pick up at the Loews at 8:00 pm. (Note that this is an early shuttle and the Welcome Party does not begin until 9:00 - but you will be in Virginia Highlands and can visit until the Welcome Party begins) The second shuttle will pick up at the Loews at 8:30 pm. Drop off from the welcome party will leave at 9:30 and 10:45. Shuttles will drop off at the Loews and AC/Moxy.
2:00 pm - 3:15 pm
This event is cocktail attire.
A shuttle will be provided the day of the wedding. One shuttle will pick up at the Loews Hotel at 1:00 pm. Another shuttle will pick up at the AC + Moxy Hotel at 1:00 pm.
3:15 pm - 5:15 pm
Please join us in between the ceremony and reception at Publik Draft House. Transportation will be provided to this option and then from Publik Draft House to the reception at Ansley Golf Club.
5:30 pm - 10:30 pm
This event is cocktail attire.
After the reception, drop off service will also be provided back to each hotel.
