When is the new date?

Answer

We are working with the venue to confirm a new date for sometime during the summer 2021. We'll let you know as soon as we have something set. Until then, stay well and we look forward to celebrating with you next year!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We have 4 of our own, so YES! That being said, we want you to be able to have some kid-free time, too, so we're looking to book some group sitters - please reach out to us if you'll need coverage.

What should I wear?

Answer

The general theme is nautical. It's summer in Maine, so dress classy, but comfy (think khakis and button downs for guys and date-night summer dresses for the ladies).

Where do I park at the Samoset?

It's a self-park parking lot - just find a spot! (there is also valet if you're so inclined)

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is down by the water, just past the pool off of the parking lot - it's a bit of a walk down a grassy hill, so wear your comfortable (flat-soled) shoes!

What's the closest airport?

Answer

The CLOSEST airport is Knox County Regional (capeair.com)- a small airport in Rockland, ME. There are several daily 1hr flights from Boston to Rockland. Having said that, the closest major airport is PWM (VERY easy airport to get in and out of, located in Portland, ME), which is ~1.5 hour drive to the Rockport area.
