Question

What airport should I fly into & do I need a passport?

Answer

Guests should fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), located in San José del Cabo. The airport is approximately 30–40 minutes from most resorts in Cabo San Lucas, including our venue. We recommend arranging transportation in advance, as taxis and shuttles can fill up quickly. Please note: A valid passport is required for all U.S. travelers to enter Mexico. Make sure your passport is up to date and does not expire within 6 months of your travel dates.

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

Shuttle information will be shared soon. Airport transfers are not provided by us, so guests will need to book their own transportation in advance.

When should I arrive and depart?

We recommend arriving by Wednesday or earlier to allow time to settle in before the wedding on Thursday. Additional optional gatherings will take place on Friday and Saturday, stay tuned for further details. Guests are welcome to stay through Saturday or longer to make the most of their time in Cabo!

We’ve provided a list of nearby hotels at a range of price points. Shuttles will be available to and from all listed hotels for the wedding events. Guests are also welcome to stay elsewhere if preferred.

Are the hotel options all-inclusive?

Answer

Some hotels offer all-inclusive packages, while others are standard resort stays. We recommend checking Booking.com, Expedia, or Hotels.com for discounted rates.

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Answer

Only guest indicated on the RSVP are invited. While we love little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Think of it as a special night for mom and dad to enjoy some well-deserved time off and celebrate together!

Will transportation be provided to the wedding events?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception for guests staying at or near the listed hotels. On the invitation, we will ask which hotel you have chosen so we can coordinate shuttle rides and try to ensure everyone has a spot.
