We will have two buses transporting guests between hotels and the wedding venue. We recommend guests either self-drive (there will be available parking at the venue) or take the provided shuttles, as it will not be possible to call an Uber from the venue (Mount Ida) to return to Charlottesville. Departure Buses Bus 1 - Transportation to Venue 3:15pm - Arrives at Sleep Inn & Suites Monticello (1185 5th Street, SW) 3:30pm - Bus departs Sleep Inn & Suites Monticello 3:45pm - Bus arrives at Holiday Inn Express (870 Pantops Corner Way) 3:55pm - Bus departs Holiday Inn Express for Mount Ida Bus 2 - Transportation to Venue 3:45pm - Bus arrives at Home2Suites (1309 W Main St) 3:55pm - Bus departs Home2Suites for Mount Ida **Note: This bus is recommended for anyone staying in downtown Charlottesville. It is a short walk from the Draftsman, Graduate, Omni, Jefferson and Marriott hotels. Flight
Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (CHO) is the best airport to fly into. You could also travel to Richmond International Airport (RIC) with a one hour drive from Richmond to Charlottesville.
