FAQs

The Wedding Website of Liv Postl and Jacob Hennigan
Question

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

As much as we would love to have everyone there, we have committed to a set number of guests with the venue and vendors. +1s are therefore by invitation-only. If you received a +1, they will be specifically addressed within your RSVP on the website. We ask guests to please not bring a +1 unless it is specified on the RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, the wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of some close family members. We ask that you do not bring your children unless they are specifically addressed on your RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/semi-formal attire. Don't worry about matching our colors! Just wear something that makes you feel fabulous. Fun and stylish outfits are highly encouraged!

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

It is recommended that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time to mingle and get situated.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

You are responsible for your own travel to and from the venue.

Question

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day. There will be shaded and air conditioned space available to cool off.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have professionals there to capture the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine and beer during dinner and an open bar for the party. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Question

Can I park at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, you can leave your car at the venue overnight with a few caveats. The gates are locked overnight and you must come get your vehicle by 11 AM the next morning. If you don't think you can get there by 11 AM, please use the street parking in front of the venue. Note: there are signs saying no overnight parking at the venue but we have confirmed with them that the above info is correct.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is Sunday, April 27th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please see the Registry section of the website.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please see the Travel section of the website. Note: we recommend staying near Old Town Scottsdale and not near the venue. Although they are not super close together, you will find much more to do in the Scottsdale area than you will out near the venue.

Question

What else is there to do?

Answer

Please see the Things To Do section of the website.
