Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please arrive fully clothed. Dress casual- something that you can dance in, play yard games in and be ready for photos in. Bring a jacket because it will get cold in the evening.

What’s the weather like in Tri-Cities in May?

Answer

45-75 F degrees usually. Bring a jacket and sunglasses since we have cool mornings and sunny afternoons. Be advised spring always holds a chance of a mild wind storm.

Will the shenanigans be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The party will mainly be outdoors. The bar and food will be buffet style indoors with outdoor seating.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will escape with the bridal party and close family for photos. The bar will open for drinks and light apps. Yard games and guest mingling begin.

Does the wedding have a theme?

Answer

Overalls. Just kidding! Themes are for weirdos.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

We have a pre wedding and post wedding event that require RSVPS: Pre-wedding - Friday - flower arranging party at the farm Post-wedding - Sunday - booze cruise down the Yakima (BYOB kayak)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

2pm. The ceremony will start at 3pm.

What about parking?

Answer

There will be diagonal parking in the gravel near the house. Also a fair amount of open parking along the street and in the neighborhood. Overflow parking is available at the high school. No parking in the driveway.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, just make sure to rsvp for your plus one

Kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! **please make sure they are well behaved and are quiet during the ceremony.

Are pets welcome?

Answer

Please leave all pets including hedgehogs at home. Our German shorthair “Frankie the Tooth” will handle the security, please do not feed her.

Do you have a hotel block? Where are you recommending guests to stay?

Answer

Check out Red Lion by the Pasco airport for blocked out rooms. We also recommend The Lodge at Columbia point for an upscale stay.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Text RSVP to Jessica 541-729-3485 Please make your decision by APRIL 1st 2022. No jokes.

Will food and beverage be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes. The food will be served buffet style. The bride and groom are still developing the menu. There will be open bar service and wine with dinner. All drinks are complimentary, tipping is not allowed but if you get to tipsy the bartender will help you get an Uber back to your hotel.

Will there be any specialty diet options?

Answer

Yes. Some of the bride’s side is gluten intolerant, so gluten free options will be available. Please let the bride and groom know if they can accommodate additional dietary restrictions upon your RSVP.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon and REI. Other gift ideas we would appreciate are to go sky diving or on a hot air balloon ride. We will have a card drop box at the wedding or you may send us a gift via Jessie’s favorite method, the USPS.

Can I take pictures of the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you put digital devices away and on DO NOT DISTURB mode during the ceremony. We will have designated photographer(s) to capture the moment. Please enjoy the ceremony authentically with us. We don’t mind what you do outside of the ceremony as long as you visit the photo shed for some portrait fun.

How do I share photos?

Answer

We will set up a Dropbox the link will be available here after the weeding. Or you can email/txt us photos that you like to be added and shared with others.

I’m only here for the party favors. What can I take?

Answer

Lots of memories. Take a flower arrangement if you desire and any extra spud nuts.

Can I smoke

Answer

There will be a smoking area out front of the house. Please no smoking in the back or inside.

What about Covid-19

Answer

The event will be held rain or shine. We have both already been vaccinated and infected. There will be no restrictions on guest. If you wear a mask you will not be allowed in any photos and we will be disappointed that we don’t get to see your smiles.
