Whale Watching Tour - Port Townsend

11:30 am - 4:00 pm

Whale watching!! We are doing this tour from Port Townsend to avoid delays and parking mess due to the Dungeness Crab Festival in Port Angeles. Port Townsend is about 45 mins to an hour Northeast of Port Angeles. Arrive at least 45 minutes early to park and board, by 11:15am. Ferry leaves at 12pm - check in is required by 11:30am, and boarding stops firmly at 11:45am. We are driving in from Seattle and taking the ferry over Sunday morning. We are budgeting 4 hours for the ferry trip in case of delays. Tour is 3-4 hours long, so it will be done between 3 and 4pm. $115 per person. Ceremony and Group Photos

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Attire can be a bit dressy if you want (we will be in wedding dress and suit), but also casual. Wear shoes you can walk in and that can stand a little dirt (no heels!).

The ceremony will be outside in the park, on the shore of Lake Crescent. It is not a very far walk. It will be short and sweet, and we have opted not to bring in any chairs, backdrops, etc. Our plan right now is to have pictures, snacks, and champagne in the park after the ceremony. If it's raining a lot we may have to change the plan.
