15 minutes out is a Safeway, and Grocery Outlet as well as a few convenience stores Fred's Food-O-Mart and Dollar General
At the main Lodge there is a full communal kitchen, a fire pit is also available at the Grove. Please do not make any fire other than the pit at The Grove. See Map
If you intend to bring food, we recommend you bring your own cooler. The food being provided will utilize most or all of the space in the communal kitchen. We also recommend Restaurants in the town of Molalla.
Unless you are in a tiny home or RV the main lodge has two full bathrooms with showers and toilets. The Cedar house also has 2 outdoor showers (one does have more privacy) for anyone looking to skip the waiting. Also a few onsite portable facilities.
Between 1:00-2:00 there will be light hors d'oeuvres and charcuterie provided, if you would like a heavier meal it is suggested to pack a lunch for this hour or there are plenty of restaurants in the nearby area 8-10 miles out.
Dinner both Friday and Saturday Night are being provided as well as Saturday continental style breakfast and Midday Saturday Charcuterie. Coffee and Light refreshments will also be provided. Beer and Wine will be available Saturday proceeding ceremony and reception.
Friday June 19th Check-in is early as 12pm and check-out is Sunday June 21st at 12pm
You may park anywhere in the designated parking areas. On the map anywhere it says P plus a number is the allowance of cars. You will be provided a printed pass to place on your dashboard with name and number as part of your invitation. You may not park on the street. There is plenty of parking to where this should not be an issue carpool where necessary.
This is a wedding camping hybrid therefore nothing too fancy, although day of wedding sticking to earth tones for photos. Suggestions- linen button ups or light summer dresses, just no jeans. Above photo are main color inspiration. BE YOU. Keep in mind hot temperature and flat shoes or come barefoot if you feel so inclined. THINGS THAT MAY BE NICE FOR CONVEINECE Games, Speaker, Hiking Gear, Fishing Gear, Water toys, Paddle Boarding, Firewood, Flashlights or headlamps, Earplugs, Eye masks, Emergency Kit, Camping Chairs, Sunscreen, Refillable Water Bottle, Towels, Extra food and snacks.
Yes, as long as you are keeping your alcohol in your tent or in the main lodge you may bring any additional that we aren't providing. We will be providing beer and wine Saturday proceeding the ceremony. BYOB is self-served while there will be a bartender service proceeding Ceremony and into Reception for beer and wine.
