What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.

What is the weather in May?

Answer

The weather in the DC area in May is mildly cool with average highs of 76 degrees and lows of 60 degrees.

Am I able to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity only guests who are listed on the formal invitation will be able to attend.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our wedding dress code is black tie. Please refer to our dress code tab for further detail.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked "no". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. Please utilize uber/lyft from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. You are to select your choice of meal when you RSVP. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies at that time. Dessert options will be offered as well. Late night snacks will also be provided at the after party.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have professional photographers capturing the ceremony for us.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will take place both indoors and outdoors. None of the events will be held on grass, so there is no concern regarding heels.
