The plan is a night out in downtown Saratoga, probably starting at the casino. After that… we’ll follow the vibes, the laughs, and maybe the nearest snack cart.

Rehearsal Dinner

This is a small, casual get-together for the wedding party, parents, and their kiddos.
Our ceremony rehearsal will be held in the field where the wedding ceremony itself will take place. Following the rehearsal, we will be hosting dinner and drinks at our campsite, and we look forward to sharing the evening with you.

The wedding party (and their families) will be going full formal. Everyone else—feel free to keep it casual and comfy. As long as you’re ready to celebrate, you’re dressed perfectly.
Our ceremony will be outdoors in the softball field behind the 300’s pavilion, so please dress for whatever the weather decides to do. We’re also keeping the ceremony phone‑free — our photographer thanks you, and so do we. Once we say “I do,” feel free to snap away during cocktail hour at the 300’s pavilion.
Cocktail Hour & Reception

Right after the ceremony, we’ll head to the 300’s pavilion for cocktail hour. Expect drinks, light bites, and time to mingle. The reception will follow shortly after — we promise you won’t be left wondering when the food or the dancing starts.
