Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot near the front doors of Tapestry Hall at Grand Avenue South and Fraser Street. You can also park on Fraser Street. See the photo above.

Where should guests stay for the wedding?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre. The room block is available until March 3rd, so be sure to book early! See the 'Accommodations' tab for more information!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle service, but the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre is approximately 12 minutes away from Tapestry Hall. There is parking available around the venue (see photo above). Additionally, Uber, Lyft, and Golden Triangle Taxi (519-621-1211) serve the area for your convenience.

Please RSVP by March 16. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a date?

We want to celebrate with those closest to us, so plus-ones will be specified on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding day an intimate celebration. Only children who are part of our immediate family will be joining us. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4-4:15pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so we can fully enjoy the moment together. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing all the special memories!

Of course! This will be requested from you when you RSVP.

We kindly request formal attire for our special day. We look forward to celebrating with you in style!
