Samantha and Kyle met at the end of their freshman year at Loras College. We met through a mutual friend at the Loras College cafeteria. We bonded over our love of video games and started to get to know each other by playing Halo. Neither one of us expected that 8 years later we would be getting married.

Kyle was at work and was expecting a package that needed to be signed. Sam, being the amazing girlfriend she was, said that she could sign for it for him. Little did she know it would hold her beautiful engagement ring. She spent all day agonizing over what was in the plain brown package. There was nothing on it to tell what might be in it. When Kyle got off of work (way too much time later) he had Sam open the package. She was very surprised and happy.
