Our dress code is dressy casual, ideal for our charming October celebration on the farm. Guests should be prepared for walking on grass and gravel when heading to the ceremony site. The reception tent features a carpeted floor, making most shoes appropriate. Golf cart transportation will be available for those who prefer a more convenient route. While suits are not required, we kindly request that guests avoid wearing jeans. We recommend dressing comfortably yet sharp, and bringing layers to stay warm as the evening progresses.
Due to venue capacity constraints, we are extending plus-one invitations selectively. If your invitation specifically includes a guest option, you are welcome to bring a plus one. Otherwise, the invitation is intended for you individually.
We recommend arriving by 2:45pm for the ceremony, which begins promptly at 3:00pm. This will give you time to find your seat, greet other guests, and be comfortably settled before the processional starts.
Upon arrival at the venue, follow the road toward the stables, where friendly parking attendants will guide you to your designated parking spot. Our spacious farm offers ample parking, and clear directional signage will ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival experience.
In case of rain, our ceremony will seamlessly move to the covered reception tent. This spacious and elegant tent provides a dry, comfortable setting that ensures our special day continues without interruption. If there's a location change, we'll update our website, and the property managers will also guide guests upon arrival.
While you're welcome to take personal photos during our ceremony, we ask that you refrain from sharing photos of/with the bride & groom on social media until we've had the opportunity to receive our professional wedding photos. We want our guests to be fully present and enjoy the moment, so we appreciate your support in keeping the day intimate and unplugged.
Out of respect for the farm's wildlife and property, we kindly ask guests to refrain from bringing candy. These sweet treats can become stuck in the tent's carpet and potentially pose a risk to the resident animals. Thank you for your understanding.
