Rooted in faith, we began as brother and sister in Christ, and that foundation continues to shape our relationship today. What started with laughter and shared memories turned into a love full of joy. We’ve known each other most of our lives, but were in different seasons growing up, so falling in love was unexpected. For years, we lived in different cities, and it wasn’t until adulthood that we really got to know each other for who we are now. As our friendship grew, so did an undeniable connection we couldn’t ignore. We share a genuine zest for life and a spirit of adventure. Whether we’re discovering new restaurants or battling it out in arcade basketball, we love to have fun together. Over the past 2.5 years, some of our favorite memories include paddling flamingo boats on Hoyt Lake, strolling through the Japanese Garden with the cherry blossoms in full bloom, and the thrill of indoor skydiving. May 10th, 2025, with “Rain” by SWV playing in the background we got engaged, marking the start of our next great adventure. Our families were already close, practically one, long before we got engaged. Now, we’re making it official in the Bahamas on November 15th, 2025. With Love, John & Ashley
