What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 so please arrive by 4:15 to allow yourself time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is an on-site parking lot (off-street) that is free of charge located at 2900 E Grand Blvd. When you arrive, there will be signs directing you to the lot.

Are there shuttles to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle available from the hotel to the venue and back. The shuttle will be departing the hotel at 3:30p and 4p. The shuttle will be available throughout the evening for a ride back to the hotel.

Is there a dress code?

We kindly ask that you dress in cocktail attire.
