When should I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you recieve your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before May 10th. After that, unfortunately, any unaswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors cut off dates.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. That being said, there will be a few children that are either apart of our wedding party or members of our immediate family. We hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements. If your child is invited or apart of the wedding party that will be specified under your name when you RSVP here on our wedding website!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one their name will appear on the invitation and under your name when you RSVP through the website. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you leave any extra people at home.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love for our guests to get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal garden party attire for the day! Please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream colors. What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself enough time to park, grab a drink, and find a seat.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! We ask that all guests please drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home. Marquette Checker Cab is able to come out to the venue, and you are more than welcome to leave your vehicle there overnight. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where are you registered?

Answer

Although your presence is the best gift we could receive, we realize that some of you would like to know about a physical gift. Right here on our wedding website is the easiest way to access all of our registries in one place. We are mainly registered on amazon, but Zola will take you to an external website if not.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held onsite at Belsolda Farms.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend". If you have already RSVP'd attending but find you will not be able to make it, please notify the bride, Lexi (906) 250-7944 as soon as possible.

Are pets welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave your furry loved ones at home so you can enjoy a night out! The venue will not be allowing any other pets on the property besides Seth and Lexi's Fur baby!

Where do I park?

Answer

When you pull into the venue there will be a giant grass lot off to the right in front of the apple orchard that you can park in. Please do not pull all the way through to the barn. If you have someone that needs to be dropped off closer to the barn, please let us know and we will give you instructions on how to do so.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Whatever shoes you feel comfortable in. Please keep in mind that the property has (grass, rock, and dirt terrain) so ladies' chunky heels if you decide to wear them.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time and so our photographer is able to capture the best moments. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want, we promise to share our photos as soon as possible!

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "Travel" tab here on the website to see hotels in the area that we have a room block at. Those listed with a block option are offering a discounted rate when you call and book under "Coburn Henderson Wedding".

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We are offering buffet style BBQ and a make your own pasta bar, along with snacks at cocktail hour, dessert ofcourse and late-night snacks!
