We kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:45 PM to allow time for parking and transportation to the ceremony site. Parking is available at Stonebrooke, and golf carts will shuttle guests to and from the ceremony location.
Yes! Parking is available, and guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight. Just be sure to pick them up by noon the next day.
We have reserved a room block at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel. Please book your stay by May 5th to guarantee a room in our block. Mention the Hemenway/Vogel wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.
Yes! Complimentary shuttles will be available: - Hotel to venue: One shuttle from Mystic Lake Casino Hotel (casino bus entrance) will depart at 3:30 PM - Venue to hotel: Two return shuttles will depart from the venue at 10:30 PM and 11:15 PM
Our ceremony will take place outdoors! Afterward, dinner and the reception will take place mostly indoors.
We are asking for semi-formal attire. Think cocktail-length dresses or dressy separates for women, and dress pants and a dress shirt for men. Keep in mind the ceremony will be outdoors.
