yes! black tie attire is required (please and thank you!) what this looks like: for the gentlemen, a tuxedo with a bow tie is preferred (a black suit/tie is also completely fine!) for the ladies, (colorful!!) floor-length dresses are highly encouraged
due to the capacity restrictions of our beautiful venue, we are only able to accommodate a smaller number of guests -- if a plus one is included for you, it will be listed on your invitation. thank you for understanding!
we love your little ones so so much, but we would like all events to be adult-only celebrations (mason & isla even got the boot!) we hope you are able to enjoy a night off with us to relax, celebrate & dance!
great question! if our etsy witch is as good as she says she is, our plan is detailed below: welcome drinks: indoors/outdoors (seven saws brewery) ceremony: outdoors (secret garden) cocktail hour: outdoors (winter garden patio) reception: indoors (orangerie)
yes! buses will be provided to & from the ac hotel to the new england botanic gardens going to the ceremony: we request all guests be ready in the lobby of the ac hotel by 4:45PM, buses will be departing promptly (!!) at 5PM leaving the reception: after last call (11PM), buses will depart the botanic gardens at 11:15PM both buses will be stopping at vintage garage (for those who would like to join us for late night!), but will take any remaining guest back to the ac hotel after this stop!
if you plan to take the bus (departing from the ac hotel), you will be dropped of at the botanic gardens by 5:30pm if you plan to drive to the new england botanic gardens yourself (totally fine, parking is available!), please (please!!) arrive no later than 5:30pm. our request is that all guests are in there seats by 5:50pm!
we have hired two wonderful photographers who will be capturing the ceremony for us! with that in mind, we kindly request that all guests please keep their phones tucked away during this time (please respect this request) once we break for cocktail hour & the reception, we would love for you to help us capture the rest of the night!
