GETTING THERE For those flying in, we would recommend flying into the Munich International Airport (Franz Josef Strauß) or Allgäu Airport Memmingen. From Munich: Tegernsee is a one hour hour drive or 1h7min train ride from Munich Central Station. If you’re driving directly from the airport, please budget an extra 45 minutes. Overall, we’d recommend renting a car! It will make travel to and from Tegernsee a lot easier. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
