How do I reserve a room?

What date do I need to make my hotel reservation by?

Answer

If you would like the option to make payments on your room reservation, your initial deposit of $200 must be made by June 15th. Regardless of you making a deposit or not, the final payment in full is due by September 15th. After that date, the discounted room rate will no longer be available and room availability may be limited.

Do I need a passport to travel to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico?

Answer

Yes, a full passport is necessary (not a passport card) to travel to Cabo San Lucas. Please be aware that passports are taking as long at 4-5 months to process right now, so if you need to apply for a passport or renew your existing passport, it's recommended to do so as soon as possible.

Can I stay at a different hotel?

Answer

While we strongly recommend that guests stay at the Hard Rock Los Cabos to fully experience the festivities, we understand that some guests may prefer to stay elsewhere. Please note that we will be hosting a number of wedding activities and events exclusively for guests staying at the hotel. If you would like to attend any of these events, such as the welcome party, pool days, the ceremony + reception, and after-party, you will need to purchase a day pass for each day. This will grant you access to all of the wedding events, regardless of where you are staying. Wedding Pass for non-Hard Rock Wedding Guests: $136 per Adult. The Wedding Day Passes allow access to the hotel during the ceremony and until the wedding events are done. On non wedding activity days, a Day Pass for non-Hard Rock Guests: $199 per Adult. What all is included in the Hard Rock room rate?

The Hard Rock Los Cabos is an all-inclusive resort that offers a variety of amenities and services. Some of the features that are included in the all-inclusive package are: Accommodations in a spacious guest room or suite All meals and snacks at a variety of on-site restaurants and bars Premium brand beverages, including top-shelf spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks 24-hour room service In-room minibar stocked daily with water, soda, and beer Daily activities, such as beach volleyball, dance classes, and live entertainment Non-motorized water sports, such as kayaking and snorkeling Access to the fitness center and outdoor pools, including a main pool, a kids' pool, and an adults-only pool Wi-Fi throughout the resort Taxes and gratuities Please note that some services and amenities, such as spa treatments, golf, and excursions, may require an additional fee.

We want everyone to feel comfortable, but also to bring some added flair and style to the occasion. Have some fun with it!

What's weather like in Cabo during January?

In January, the average temperature in Cabo is 73 degrees Fahrenheit. This means you can expect a comfortable temperature in the morning without feeling too cold. At midday, the temperature is perfect for enjoying the sun and swimming. At night, the temperature can drop down to 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Since there is low humidity, nights can be colder and a bit chilly. It is recommended to pack a light jacket or sweater. At the welcome party we will have lit fire pits and heaters at the wedding to ensure warmth for everyone.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27th, 2024. Please arrive with ample time to find your seat.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Thank you for your interest in capturing memories from our wedding ceremony. However, we have decided not to allow phones or cameras during the ceremony to ensure that the moment remains intimate and uninterrupted for our guests and ourselves. We kindly request that you respect our wishes and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer capturing the special moments, and we will be happy to share these with you after the wedding. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We want to ensure that we are the first to share our wedding pictures with our loved ones and social media platforms. We would love for you to take as many photos as you'd like during the reception. We understand that capturing memories is important, and we want you to be able to document your experience and share it with us and our other guests. Don't forget to use our hashtag #becomingthebrierleys We can't wait to celebrate this special day with you!

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation is addressed to you "and guest", then you are welcome to bring a date. If not, we kindly request that you come solo.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a welcome party on Thursday, January 25th at 5:00 - 8:00PM. There will be light bites and cocktails, come and go as you please! Additionally, there will be an after-party following the reception on Saturday, January 27th at 10:30 PM. Both events are optional but highly encouraged!

Are kids allowed at the ceremony + reception?

Absolutely! We will include all children invited on your invitation. Since this is formal function, we do ask you to help them be on their best behavior during the ceremony + reception. Additionally, the Hard Rock Los Cabos, is a family friendly hotel that caters to guests of all ages. The hotel offers a variety of amenities and activities that are perfect for families, including a kids club, a family pool, and a range of dining options that are sure to please even the pickiest eaters.
