The dress code is Cocktail attire but we are putting a little spin on it! We love that we are having our wedding in May and want to embrace the season so we are asking our guests to wear Spring colors. For women, this might look like lots of pinks, yellows, blues and greens in mini or midi dresses. For men, light-colored suits or a Spring tie with a dark suit will do just fine!
We ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony start time. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm and we would hate for you to miss any of our special moments.
Due to our guests staying at different hotels we will not be providing transportation to or from the venue. However, Morgan Creek Barn has plenty of space for guest parking only a very short walk from both the ceremony and reception locations. Though, we recommend the easier choice of getting an Uber or Lyft since the venue does not allow overnight parking. There is a circle drive for guest drop off right at the doors.
Yes of course! This will be such a meaningful day for everyone there and we would love for your children to be a part of it!
We are wanting a more intimate wedding, full of those we know and love. Therefore, we have only given a select few a plus one. When you RSVP you will be able to see that information.
