Yes, we postponed our reception to May 23, 2021. We had a private ceremony in May 2020 and can’t wait to celebrate with you all at our reception next year!
If you already RSVP'd and your answer has not changed, then you do not need to RSVP again. If you never RSVP'd for the previous date, you will still need to RSVP for the new one. If you did RSVP and your answer has changed due to the rescheduling or other circumstances, you will need to RSVP again and change your answer.
No, the location and time are still the same. You can find this information on the Schedule page of our website.
If you previously reserved a hotel room within our room block at Inn By The Sea at La Jolla, you will need to call them directly and ask to change your reservation to the desired night(s) for our new date. They are waiving fees and providing the same prices for the new weekend, but they require that our guests contact them directly.
This will be an adult-only event, so we are asking that couples with young children take the opportunity to have a date night and hire a babysitter. If you are unsure of whether or not your son or daughter is still considered a child, check to see if his or her name is included in your RSVP. If so, he or she may attend.
Because our guest count and budget are limited, we ask that you only bring a guest if he or she is listed as a guest in your RSVP party. Although we both love meeting new people, we are asking that this be an intimate wedding with our closest friends and family.
