Are children welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invite includes a plus 1, you may bring a guest. However, the venue does not allow for any more people than we invited. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Based on the schedule provided, what are the best days to enjoy our time with the Bride and Groom?

Answer

We would love for our guests to prioritize the Wedding Day Saturday and the lawn games/bbq Sunday! We advise checking out and heading home on Monday, so we can celebrate with you all day Saturday AND Sunday.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The wedding and reception will be primarily outdoors, a mix of grass and wood chips. Please choose footwear accordingly.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/formal attire. Ladies should wear dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or sports coat. Dress up with us and dance the night away! *It will be cooler in the evening, please bring a coat. Blankets and heaters will also be provided.

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we will provide shuttles on the day of the wedding to and from the hotels listed in the travel tab.

Will there be cell phone reception at the wedding venue?

Answer

No. The Hideout at Kirkwood offers a completely 'off-the-grid' experience and is out of cell reception. Please plan accordingly. However, for our guests with children, you will have access to WiFi and the password will be provided to you onsite.
