Our story nearly began in 2017… We swiped right but, in case you are unfamiliar, Bumble only allows women to initiate conversation, and Erin did not message him (Andrew also had the opportunity to extend her time, but whatever..). 2 years later we met again on Hinge and Andrew, remembering the picture of the redhead in a Genie costume, was excited to have a second chance. Lucky for him, this time around Erin took an interest in his love of puppies which sparked the initial conversation (and led to andrew following @weratedogs which is pretty much the best instagram page ever - 13/10)!

Our first date was at Sek End Sun in Astoria on January 21, 2019. We bonded over our love of Friends, food and the Yankees while bantering over our very different taste in beer and Andrew's love for another ginger, Clint Frazier. We took our first big trip together in December 2019 where we celebrated our first New Years together on a boat (there was no waterslide - it's okay, Erin made up for it), then went on to survive months of quarantine and moved into our first apartment together in June 2020. We got engaged on a beautiful November afternoon overlooking the Manhattan skyline with our best man, maid of honor and family nearby and then brought home our fur baby, Garlic Aioli the next day!
