On their first three dates Josh swept Ali off her feet by taking her on a trip around the world to Barcelona, France, and Italy. Just kidding on the traveling part :) They met at a restaurant called Barcelona and then went to a wine event at the French Embassy and a holiday party at the Italian Embassy. Yes, it sounds as DC as you can get. When the world shut down Josh showed up at Ali's studio apartment with a suitcase and just never left. They have been together ever since.
