We are shaking things up and not going to have a registry. Apologies all! The most important gift to us is having you share in our special day. If you would like to gift us anything - we are accepting donations in our honor to local organizations we hold near and dear: DEAF, Inc. (Use this link to donate: https://bit.ly/2YLq2tp) AND/OR https://www.chill.org/boston We are also accepting money to bring us closer to purchasing a home and building a future together. We have all we need. Please no boxed gifts. Thank you for supporting us and our dream.
This is a pre-ceremony moment for friends and family to make noise, offer roasts and toasts, and sing for the couple. If you can't make it - no problem - please arrive for our 3pm ceremony.
Semi-Formal. 'Field Chic'?! 'Forest glam'?! No jeans. Tie optional. Look good, feel good. And come ready to dance! And most important - dress for the weather. The grounds may be uneven and maybe muddy. Choose appropriate footwear for a field ceremony and especially dancing!
In the Jewish tradition, the Chuppa is the physical structure Rachel and Steve will stand under during their ceremony, and it is the term for the wedding ceremony itself. The Chuppa structure symbolizes the home they are building together, surrounding by community and open to loved ones. See you at the Chuppa!
No porta potty's!...or at least not like the ones you've seen before. Paula Heller, mother of the bride, is making sure the bathrooms will be the most luxurious part of this event. No joke.
