When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will be sent out early November. Please RSVP on our website by December 1st, 2023.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes; we will have a semi-formal dress code! Guests may wear suits and ballgowns however, cocktail attire and áo dài is also encouraged.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before to give yourself time to find a seat. The ceremony will start at 5:30 PM.

Can I bring a date?

The wedding invitations will state whether you are invited with a plus-one.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome and will be explicitly included in the wedding invitations. Please be aware that no childcare will be available.

Are you registered?

Answer

We do not have a typical wedding registry. Instead, we will follow the Vietnamese custom of hosting a newlywed cash fund. If you would like to contribute, you can find the fund on the registry page of our website, or you can bring cash to the wedding as part of the reception festivities! There is no minimum contribution required, and those who wish to bring donations to the reception are encouraged to put them in red envelopes called bao lì xì. Guests will give the newlyweds these envelopes as the couple visits each table during the wedding reception.

What food will be served at the reception?

Answer

We will be serving a traditional Vietnamese wedding banquet! The courses will be as follows: 1. Cold Platters 2. Asparagus Crab Meat Soup 3. Crispy Fried Shrimp Roll 4. Steak Cube with Chinese Broccoli 5. Crispy Chicken 6. Cheese Shrimp 7. Thai Fish Fillet 8. Yang Chow Fried Rice 9. Fruits 10. Cake

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Our caterer cannot accept modifications to the meal, so please be aware that if you have food allergies, we will not be able to accommodate any special diets.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes; there will be free parking reserved for wedding guests at Asia Times square, where our venue is located.

Will last names be changing after the wedding?

Answer

No; Hélène will remain "Ms. Hélène Neidig", and Brandon will remain "Mr. Brandon Mai".
