Question

How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask you to reply by March 15th, 2026. You can RSVP by clicking on the RSVP tab or by scanning the QR code on the invitation. If we do not hear from you by the indicated date, it will be assumed that you will not be attending. Please contact us, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the RSVP date.

What time should I plan on arriving?

Answer

The ceremony with promptly begin at 4:00pm. We suggest on planning to arrive at 3:30pm to give yourself time to find the area and your seat. If you happen to arrive late please don't walk down to the cermony area. Please join us during cocktail hour!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding will be semi-formal and cocktail attire. This includes mid length dresses, floor length dresses, pant suits, suits (with tie optional). Please no jeans. Colors to avoid: White, ivory, beige, nude, tan

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully), both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Please be sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day. Hawaii can get hot and humid.

Where is parking for the venue?

Answer

When you arrive at Kualoa Ranch you will see a main parking area. Please DO NOT park in the main parking lot. Follow the signs to "Paliku Gardens" within the lot. Once you see the sign follow that small road until you reach the garden's parking area. There should be signs. Please note: Overnight parking is not allowed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Will there be alcoholic beverages and how should I go about driving?

Answer

Yes! There will be cocktails and beer during cocktail hour and throughout the reception. We want you to have the best time, so drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! However, please keep in mind that the venue is located in a remote area and ride share apps (Lyft or Uber) may not be readily available on the way back to your hotel. We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT want anyone to drink and drive. Please know your designated driver ahead of time and plan ahead. Please note that the venue does not allow for overnight parking.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can only accomodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the save the date/ invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

There is not going to be hotel blocks. When we were looking into rates, we found that hotel block rates were higher than regular rooms.
