Asheville Regional Airport

AVL is approximately 20 minutes from our venue and all of our recommended hotels. It is just outside the downtown area and offers beautiful mountain views on close to landing. There are two other airport options but they will both require a drive: Charlotte (1+45) & Greenville-Spartanburg (1+15).

The Restoration Asheville

The Restoration is located in the heart of downtown Asheville. It is the venue for the ceremony, reception, and after party. They offer beautiful rooms with a restaurant, coffee shop, and bar on-site. October is their busy season so we expect availability to be limited.

Hilton Garden Inn Asheville Downtown

The Hilton Garden Inn is our other recommendation for hotels located downtown. We have a block of rooms reserved for this great hotel option just a two minute drive or 10 minute walk from our venue. The booking link will be available until September 9th.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Asheville River Arts District

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Country Inn & Suites in the Asheville River Arts District. Although hurricane Helene wreaked havoc on the River Arts District just under a year ago, this area is quickly getting back to on it's feet. It's about an 8 minute drive to the venue and only a 15 minute walk from one of our favorite breweries, New Belgium. Booking using the link will be available until September 10th.

Hampton Inn Asheville-Tunnel Rd.

Tunnel Road is a quick 6 minute drive from downtown Asheville and a 10 minute drive from the welcome party at Highland Brewing Company. A block of rooms has been reserved and can be booked at the discounted rate until September 18, 2025.

Candlewood Suites Asheville Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Also located on Tunnel Road, the Country Inn and Suites is located in between downtown and the Highland Brewing Company campus. A block of rooms has been reserved with no cutoff date for booking.

Transportation

Due to the proximity of the venue to our recommended hotels, we will not have a shuttle. Ride share apps like Uber and Lyft are easily available in Asheville. The airport also has multiple rental car companies including Enterprise, Avis, Budget, and Hertz.
