Question

When should I book my accommodations?

Answer

We recommend you book your hotel as soon as possible! Our wedding is a popular time to travel to the area, so hotels will fill fast. Be sure to check out our "Travel" tab for some local recommendations.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We are pleased to offer transportation for guests between downtown Whitefish and the wedding venue. Motorcoaches will depart from Depot Park (504 Railway Street, Whitefish, MT). Return transportation to Depot Park will be available following the celebration. Departure for the ceremony will be promptly at 3:30 PM. Return trips will begin at 9:00 PM and continue on the hour until 11:00 PM. Please note that seating on the buses is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Depot Park is located approximately 2.5 blocks from the Firebrand Hotel. Guests may choose to walk or arrange for Uber/Lyft transportation from the park to their accommodations, as needed. For those who prefer to drive, on-site parking is available at the venue, and ride-share services operate in the area for added convenience.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will tented outdoors. We recommend guests bring a light jacket for the evening, as it will cool off after the sun goes down.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP through our website. Please navigate to the menu bar and click on the RSVP tab. You can then search your name, as addressed on the invite card. Guests will be able to RSVP after the formal invitations are mailed.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail Attire. Tie optional. Montana evenings can be chilly, so please bring a jacket or a sweater for after the sun goes down.
