What is the attire?
Answer
We ask that guests wear semi formal attire. Please take into consideration that our ceremony will take place outdoors, and a small amount of walking will be necessary. We also recommend bringing a light jacket / sweater and comfortable shoes just in case!

Can I bring a guest or my child?
Answer
While we would love to celebrate with everybody on our special day, we ask that only those listed when completing the RSVP portion attend. Seating and food has been accounted for a specific amount of guests only. If you have questions please feel free to reach out to either the bride or groom.

Where is the closest hotel?
Answer
The closest hotels to The Ranch include the Best Western Inn & Suites located in Mathis and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Calallen. The venue is rural and thus very dark at night, please keep this in mind when thinking about transportation and alcohol beverage consumption.

Is there a gift registry?
Answer
We do not have a gift registry, however if you would like to contribute to our honey moon fund for our trip to Japan in 2026 it would be greatly appreciated!

Will there be a open bar?
Answer
We will have a semi open bar; we have paid a set amount toward the bar, once that monetary amount is reached the bar will become a cash bar to guests. BYOB is not allowed at the venue. Non alcohol beverages will be available to guests as well.

What does the schedule look like?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 6 pm, we ask guests start to arrive at 530 pm that way there is time for parking and seating. Cocktail hour will begin at 630 pm followed by dinner at 730 pm. The dance will start at 815 pm with last call at 1130 pm.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes! Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue; our ceremony space is just a short walk away from the reception space.
Question
How do I RSVP? When do I RSVP?
Answer
Located on the back of the wedding invitation there is a QR code. By scanning this QR code you will be taken to a virtual RSVP form, please fill out accordingly. Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than September 11th 2025. If you RSVP and then are not able to attend, please reach out to either the bride or the groom. If you do not RSVP by September 11th, we cannot guarntee seating / food as we will need to reach out to the venue and the caterer by this date with our guest list.
