Shuttle

Shuttle from the Courtyard to Church and Venue and Back to Courtyard

December 13, 2025 11:30 am - 9:30 pm

A 50-passenger bus will be available for guests who prefer not to drive. The bus will pick up guests from the Courtyard Hotel at 11:30 a.m., take everyone to the church, and then continue on to the reception venue after the ceremony. Return transportation will be provided with two evening departures: 7:00 p.m. 9:30 p.m. (final departure)

Travel Time

The drive from the church to the reception venue takes approximately 40 minutes. Please allow extra time, as I-10 is currently under construction, which may cause delays. Our recommended hotel, The Courtyard, is located about 10 miles from the reception venue, making it a convenient place to stay after the celebration. We recommend checking your route in advance and planning for potential traffic. Safe travels—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
