When should I RSVP by?

Can we stay at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We've reserved rooms for Saturday night, at a 20% discount. Please let us know if you'd like to book one of these rooms, and we will make arrangements directly with the hotel. You will not be able to book the rooms on the hotel's website, because we've already reserved them.

Har i en Toastmaster? / Do you have a Toastmaster?

Ja! Hvis du har et indslag/tale, så skriv gerne til Sarah Ryel Kløve (sarahrk@outlook.dk). In Danish weddings, it's tradition for family and friends of the bride and groom to make speeches or even write songs in honor of the occasion. To facilitate the course of the evening, the bride and groom appoint a Toastmaster, who organizes the speeches and songs, and acts as an MC. In our case, Helena's sister Sarah will act as Toastmaster. Anyone who wants to contribute a toast, speech or song is welcome to do so, just write to Sarah at the email address above! This is a very fun part of the evening, so you can get really creative if you'd like!

Yes! Kids are more than welcome to attend. Please include them in your RSVP, and note which events they will be attending.

We know that most of you will be traveling from far away for the wedding, and what is most important to us is the opportunity to celebrate with you all. For this reason, we are requesting that our guests not worry about gifts. Consider your presence the best gift we could receive!
