Short answer: Renting a car is the easiest and most flexible. If you’d rather not drive, take the Metro-North Hudson Line to Beacon and use our wedding shuttles. By car (easiest): From NYC or the airports, driving to the hotel block / Glynwood area typically takes ~1.5–2.5 hours depending on traffic and departure point. Build in extra time for weekend/bridge traffic. By train + shuttles (no car needed): Take Metro-North’s Hudson Line from Grand Central to Beacon (not Amtrak). From there, our shuttles have you covered (see schedule below). If your train doesn’t match a shuttle time, rideshares and local taxis are available—just allow a little buffer. Flying in (EWR / LGA / JFK): Best/easiest: Rent a car at the airport and drive up. No car: EWR: AirTrain Newark → NJ Transit to Manhattan → subway/taxi to Grand Central → Metro-North to Beacon. LGA/JFK: Airport transit into Manhattan → Grand Central → Metro-North to Beacon. Plan on 90–120 minutes to get from the airport into Grand Central, depending on time of day. Wedding shuttle overview: Friday: Afternoon shuttles from Beacon Train Station → hotel block (timing TBD). For guests invited to the rehearsal dinner, shuttles run hotel block ↔ Glynwood. Saturday (Wedding Day): Hotel block ↔ Glynwood before and after the celebration. Sunday: Morning shuttles hotel block → Glynwood, plus post-events shuttles back to the hotel block and an additional drop at Beacon Train Station for those catching the train. We’ll post exact shuttle times closer to the date.

Short answer, wear what makes you feel most comfortable and confident! Slightly longer answer, think cocktail attire with a moody, autumnal vibe.
Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
